I was looking thorough some weather strip for cat wiskers, but found this.  There isn't a pic, but it sounds like they are repro rubber felt type like on modern cars.  Can anyone confirm this?  Here is a link...

I'm told told to get them from RT speciality s, don't wast your money on these , get the right ones, I haven't yet, hoping you get them and post photos so I can see that there the right ones before I buy a second set , outer ones should be rubber with lip to seal against window, inners should flat but relatively thick felt like, more importantly they should have the wide top edge to sit over top front rear pads,
Let me know how you go, lots of incorrect ones out there

Year one has images of the proper ones and run of the mill that everyone sells, you can look at them there , the images I mean, but 30 to 40 % more, not know for good prices

When purchasing window felts, make sure your getting the  "Top Cat" brand.,  The felts are produced by Restoration Specialties out of Windber, PA.  They have an exclusive contract now with PUI Interiors / Trim Parts, but there is a wide assortment of vendors carrying the product line.  These felts retain the correct thick inner "cat whisker" material and the soft pliable flocked rubber outer wipe.  DO NOT purchase the hard rubber felts as they will end up tearing with age and will also make rolling the glass up and down difficult while also scratching the glass.

We lost the person who was making the best ones. Fritz from First Place Auto was making them...probably for some of the other places mentioned. He passed away recently and I don't think anyone is carrying on for him.
