Getting to the finishing touches. Wanted to know if the pot metal trim that goes over the 3 spokes and center of steering wheel should be CHROME or like a matte SILVER?

Please advise.

Car is triple black....

Just asked a similar question on mine, but mines the woodgrain steering wheel, and was informed it was satin silver over chrome. Not sure if yours is the same though. 
69 RT/SE Y3 cream yellow w/tan vinyl top and black r/t stripe. non matching 440/375, 3:23, Column shift auto w/buddy seat, tan interior, am/fm w/fr to back fade, Now wears 17" magnum 500 rims and Nitto tires. Fresh repaint, new interior, new wheels and tires.
