Charger 500 Front License Plate Bracket.

Greetings All,
I am going to ebay an NOS 2856 666 bracket.  I know it fits 69 Charger and 70 Cuda but was wondering if I could include 69 Charger 500 in the list.  Did the 69 Charger 500 use the same front license plate bracket as the standard charger?  I have checked the Mopar Parts Catalog but it does not offer any insight on this.

Just the bracket and the computer punch card used for the order from warehouse to dealer.  Anyone know what dealer 62097 was?  I think it closed in the 70s.  north Dakota, Minnesota area.
