Spark plug read.. please

10k on mild 440 build....  lean or about right?

For color ... insulator is white then tan as it nears the center electrode. The dark vertical stripe on the insulator near the ground strap is gray.



up close.. The carbon on the 1st few threads is dry and scrapes of easily.

going over my notes, base ring indicates it is burning rich. Any one know what the heavy gray streaks are up the porcelain on either side of the ground strap means?

Het range looks good but jetting is slightly rich. 

I wouldn't be too concerned with the grey streaks on the porcelin.
