What goes in the holes on the door window & quarter windows for attaching to the channels?  I have the bolts but it looks like there is a bushing that goes in the hole.  What are these called & where can I find them?

Thanks!

The space in the hole is just taken up by a small piece of rubber hose. IIRC radiator overflow hose is the right diameter.  :2thumbs:

Bill,
Not sure I am following.... On my windows that are out right now I have a plastic bushing with a machine type screw through it on the far hole.  The center has a plastic rivet that connects the channel for the window mech roller.  The plastic bushing looks stock, but I suppose it could be modified.  I actually bought 4 new ones but only need two - one for each side to replace the old ones that have broken ends.

Sounds like you have the parts, then.
The plastic "bushing" is the actually glass stop that goes in the rear hole. Once the glass is in the door, the plastic stop snaps into the hole and the screw gets tightened in it which holds it in place. As you roll the window up, the stop hits a tab on the run channel which stops the glass. If you are missing this plastic stop let me know, I have several of them.
The center window channel gets held in place by the glass rivet you have. The factory used a paper gasket in the channel between it and the glass, I simply made some out of roofing tar paper. Again, once the glass is in the door slide the channel on the regulator. Then, bring the glass down and install the rivet. Done.
My post above references installing the quarter glass. The quarter glass is installed with special bolts that go thru the glass into the mounting bracket. The slack in the glass holes was simply taken up using a small piece of rubber hose.
Make sense?

Thanks!  Exactly the answer I was looking for.  Sounds like I need the glass stops.  So, I'm in need of 2 of them, if anyone wants to sell any extras, let me know!
