Why did my 69 Charger come with a Coronet Operator's Manual ?

It didn't, or at least it shouldn't have, not from the factory at least. The 1969 Dodge Charger operator's manual looks like this - link.

A previous owner of your car probably thought a Coronet manual was close enough and/or better than nothing.
