73 charger restore

I have a 73 charger with a 400 in it we are doing a frame off on and my question is on the heads. I have 915 heads that need redone am i better off having them redone or getting a kit with cam and all?

Also where can I get good after market fenders and doors? Or do I need to make a trip down south.

I have a good set of 73-74 RUST FREE Complete Doors (Rust Free from LV, Nevada).  I am also in Iowa.  The passenger door has some dents but the driver's door is in excellent shape.
