Mancini has the bolts:

Flexplate-to-crank bolts are always the same but the converter-to-flexplate bolts come in  different sizes. I always use red Loctite on these bolts. The flexplate bolt patterns aren't symmetric so it can only go on one way; it's wise to fit the flexplate to the converter and mark flexplate and converter to make it easier to align the bolt holes after installation.

It's important that the converter be installed in the trans so that there is at least 1/2" from the mating surface of the bellhousing to the converter drive lugs, otherwise pump damage will occur. IOW, once the trans/converter are installed on the engine you want a small gap between the drive lugs and the flexplate so the converter needs to be pulled forward against the flexplate before the bolts are installed.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
