best bet would be new. Standard thead.
I think they are 3/8 NC bolts.
Starter should be same maybe shorter.

Are you looking for information such as bolt size, length, grade, etc?
Do you need factory correct looking bolts?
If you don't care about factory correct appearance I would make a shopping list and go to Ace Hardware and get a minimum of grade 5.
Grade 8 is a bit more money but not much.

Run something into the bolt holes and she how long you need. (hope they are out on the car) Buy as closes as you can get (I would go a tad longer than shorter) and buy a nut the same sizes.

Thread in the bolt and if it is to long, mark it and pull it out. Thread on the nut and grind the bolt down and take the nut off to clean up the threads.

Grade 5 will do just fine, but grade 8, well it is stronger so what the heck!

The top four bolts are 3/8"-16 X 1 1/4" long.

The bottom two bolts are 7/16"-14, the starter side is 2" long and the opposite side is 1 3/4" long.

The starter stud goes on the bottom, it is 7/16" X 2". The top of the starter takes a 7/16"-14 X 1 1/2" bolt.

All of the original bolts are the captive washer type and the length measurement is taken from the thread side of the washer to the end of the threads. Grade 5 is sufficient.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
