What Is This Wire For?

Car is a 68 Road Runner and wiring harness is a 20 year old Year 1 piece. Wire in question is the gray one that is hanging between the intake runners.

I am starting to think it is for the oil pressure idiot light. I use to run a electrical gauge and the idiot light. I just took a look and some years ago I must have removed the stock sending unit for the idiot light. Have not worked on her for 8+ years till a few months ago so I have forgotten a lot about the small stuff.

Just want to make sure before I give the electrical system some power through the key.
