A picture of my Charger's 1974 North Dakota plate...looking for history...Ideas?

A bit of fun anyway.  ;)  Maybe someone knows how to manipulate the N. Dakota bureaucracy to find a name, location, dealer, etc. Thanks for any help.  :2thumbs:

These folks   http://www.vehicledataregistry.com/records-lookup2-lp-vin.php?first=327-067&last=&type=LicensePlate&id=ms10lp35   say that the number is not currently in use in North Dakota. Beyond that you have to pay them to see what they call "public records".

Thanks, Dan. It is $19.95 to run the plate number (of course you cannot disclose the results or contact the individual per the agreement you signed to do this). It's only 20 bucks...but I don't have a good feeling about it. I have 4 days to cancel or get billed $25 for the month. Decisions, decisions....   :brickwall:
