Im currently importing a charger to australia. Its a 74 charger se.
Where would the best and cheapest place to buy a new windscreen from?
I will have it sent with the car.
Thanks

Fred

Why don't you get it from over here? It would be a whole lot easier and less chance of damage.
I got all my glass from Road Runner windscreens here in Vic.  Ph. 0412427454

Fred,
Yeah I thought it would be alot cheaper from USA than Aus.
But called my local windscreen bloke and he said $320 all fitted.
Thats cheaper than what I found in the USA.

Fred

Way to go  :2thumbs:  And pretty much hassle free.

Since Im importing the car I get to ship spare parts for free through USATOAUS.
Have to be careful to shop around when buying parts.
As the old saying goes: One mans trach is another mans treasure:
and some people think spare parts are gold!
Im just used to trying to track parts for my valiant and not many parts are still masde.
But in the USA they seem to make every part for every car ever made there.

Fred

Yes I know, you're absolutely right. But glass being fragile.......well, that's always a risk, so in my opinion, if you can get it here (for a reasonable price) that's definitely the better option.
