need help to ID this Hurst shifter

This Hurst shifter mechanism has a number on the case of RE 25561 and 6353 on the long arm and 6354 on the middle arm.

FYI im doing a four speed swap on my '69.

any help is greatly appreciated.

6353 on the long (Reverse) lever identifies it as fitting the '68-'69 B Body, '68-up A body and '76-'80 F-body.

one more question, is their a way to shorten the throw on the shifter?
it seems that on a '69 b-body 1st gear is way up by the dash and 2nd is in the back seat. I just want to tighten that up a bit.

You can swap the levers in the shift mechanism or get the mechanism from a '70 B-body (7174 on the long lever), it has a shorter throw.
