68 charger shell opinions

ok heres a car, i've seen for sale since.... forever, keeps popping up on kijiji, first it was 2k, tried talking him down to 1k, but he didnt bite, then it was 3k, now its 4500$, i've seen this car in person actually, has a seized 318 stuck in it, no transmission, floors are gone (physically not there) doors are gutted, bent up, and rusted, quarter regulators are there, rear frame is toast, and actually has a decklid thats not pictured was locked so i couldnt see the trunk. another big thing, the car has no vin number, so what are you guys' opinions on it,

cool so its not only me, this was actually my first attempt at buying a charger (there were many since) i knew his price was screwy, common sense was telling me a car without a vin, is nearly worthless even if it is a charger, but he tried convincing me there werent many left in canada, which is kinda true, but since i got my 68 shell, i've seen 3 2nd gen "parts cars" that were more restorable than this and even had vins

Hey man whats up, in all seriousness your 68 coronet is in better shape than it, and in 6 years if you still have it, ill probably buy it from you... no seriously dont scrap your coronet, i dont care if the leaf springs pop through the top of the trunk, that'll buff out

Looks like the only usable part on it is the roof must have been a non vinyl top car. Used roof is worth ~3-500 so even at 1000 you were generous. No tag equals parts car.a very rusty one too lol.

Solid body needing typical B-body repairs.

This is an oxymoron.

Meaning probably the roof, rear window channel, trunk floor, trunk extensions, lower quarters are all shot.....yeah, solid.
