To be released to theaters in July, Disney has remade a movie of The Lone Ranger.  Johnny Depp plays Tonto and Armie Hammer plays John Reid.  The same group that made the Pirates of the Caribbean made this film, so it should be pretty good.

Johnny Depp is awesome.   I'd say he's the best character actor there is.   He's a real cash cow for Disney.

I don't think I ever yet seen one of his movies, and I owned Public Enemies since it came out on dvd. But eventually I'll buy this one. I love westerns. Although, I bought True Grit too when it was released on dvd, and I still haven't even opened it
