Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

I know it's besides the point, but the main hoop in that race charger looks like it's more than one peice, which would make it illegal for any motorsport.... well except demo derbys..... Hmmmm
