I think it's worth it if it all checks out.  What are your plans for it?  How much is the new owner asking for it?

greenpigs

He just got it yesterday, so he is trying to see it's value but he knows he got a good deal.

I was going to trade my Ramcharger + parts & a SW 500 + Taurus PT-92 don't want to use cash & he is a gun guy.

IF I get it a 455 swap & that's about it unless something breaks.

Whats up with the custom center console with the pink "hungry, hungry hippo" shifter?!?  :smilielol:
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

I have a 71 GS convertible, I love it. The Skylarks dont carry much value unfortunatly.... I can pick them up all day for $2k.  I do love the blue interior... Cool color.

He stole that car for $1200.  That car is easily worth 3 - 4times that.

I have 2 1968 GS California skylarks that i bought years ago they need restored but i think there rare enough be worth it ones red the other a black car all i can say is one of these days..

I don't think it's a big money car, I have seen nice running and driving examples around my area between $1600-$3000

The leak is the front seal on the transmission, he is going to rebuild it.

Not sure what he plans on doing but he is interested so I will wait and see.

My figure I am using is a value of $2500 or so, it has solid floor pans and in Ohio that is worth something.

Yep, not sure about some of the previous owners decorating but I will deal with that if I get it.(TRASH CAN)

Charger is still my main project, this would be something to mess with.

Update...he is putting a 350 Chebby in it so I will just mess with the Ramcharger for the second project ride.

Not sure why I have a second when the first isn't even close to done......
