Car history tracking by license plate

I have a 69 coronet rt hemi 4sp and years ago I ran into a dead end looking for information about it's early history through plate number tracking. Maybe you folks have new information that was unavailable then. Or recognize  the plate number MYHOTRT Blue and yellow california plate. The best that I could imagine is finding the original eng block. All else is in great condition 50k mi un molested car.
