if the block is stamped & it is the orig motor,the vin could be figured out! it would be interesting

If it was an original Hemi Car with all drivetrain intact, then it would be worth it, but not a 440.

Go look at it, politly explain all the problems associated with not having a vin..and the rust and crumpled fender and whatever else makes the car a pos... then if you still want the car give him a standing offer of whatever you feel comfortable with. Basically just add up the value of the parts.

Maybe I talked to the guy over the phone and his response was, 'Its a damn charger you dont need no VIN especially of this caliber which is a rare R/T and by the time you restore it this will be worth more than 250k on the market with NO VIN needed'  :nana: ::) :o
