I have seen these two intakes, what it looks pretty much similar. Streetmaster has the stock EGR and Vacuum port locations, if you can say is an advantage on stock stuff locations.

is there a diff between them on performance ?

Streetmaster=no performance, Street Dominator=one of the best manifolds ever made.
