What?  -  I will separate the motor and Seats; $21,000 buys it that way. Pretty rusty looking and is outside. Looks to need quarters and trunk and maybe floors? Top? and frame rails?

Seems a little spendy...I know its a V code but the ad doesn't actually say he has the original motor. Only that the motor he has is stock bore. The fact that he is willing to separate the motor from the car makes me believe its not the original. Also, the car need all new sheet metal and a ton of work. Even if you do a lot of the work yourself you can add another $50-60k to the price before it is done.....more if someone else is doing the work. Just my 

Good luck to the seller, I hope he can find someone who wants to take on such a project. I am sure there is someone out there.
