I'm looking for a torque thrust with a painted center and polished outer lip (not just machined).  Any recommendations?  I was considering the two piece wheel from US Mags but they are $450 each.

I bought a set of those because they reminded me of the the old Mr. Norms funny car wheels. They are better quality than many others I've bought over the years. Unfortunately they will sit in the boxes until the body is done and the car is painted. And that isn't going very fast.

These are what you are asking for. If you read the description the center is as cast texture but painted for easy cleaning. Then at the bottom of the page polishing the lip is an option.    http://www.team3wheels.com/classic_v.html
No, they aren't cheap. Probably as much as the US Mags depending on the size.
