73 polara wagon disc brakes on a 69 charger

Hi I was wondering if I could take disc brakes off a 73 dodge polara wagon and put them on a 69 charger will this work or do I need a bunch of different parts from other cars. Would I need the valves and that too

Polara is a C body I believe so no it will not bolt in , A body or FMJ spindle will fit , 5th Ave , Caravelle , Volare , Aspen Mirada etc .

I thought it would then just put an a body upper ball joint on
