No 2nd generation Charger = BIG TIME FAIL.  C'mon, that body looks like a block of machined steel that still manages to have sexy curves that would make a Playboy bunny jealous.

Edit: Ah, I see the trouble, a chick wrote that article.  WTF do women know about cars other than to not change their oil and know where the vanity mirror is?

at least they included the Chally, Miura, and the GT40. Surprised not to see the Ferrari 308/328 though.

Tomorrow is promised to no one.......drive your Charger today.

The Carrera and the Ferrari 275 don't belong in there. Obviously 2gen Chargers do.
1968 505" EFI 4-speed
1968 D200 Camper Special, 318/2bbl/4spd/4.10

Torque converters are for construction equipment.

bull

Close but they put the wrong Dodge on that list.

surmanajaja

only stingray, GT40 and Miura belong on that list. 911?! come on, it looks like a little pig. great car, but not pretty, old 550 speedster or 356 speedster yes, 911 no way.

I would put a 1949 mercury coupe there, and my fav: delahaye,

also Buick y-job.:

I think 1965 stang won the Tiffany award for looks, and 2 miillon ppl agreed so it deserves a place there also, but all these lists are just one persons opinion, mine is the only correct one :slap:

The Jag belongs on the list.   I dunno about any of them  :Twocents:

Any list like that that doesn't include a 2nd gen Charger is bogus.
Black Betty:  1969 Charger R/T - X9 440 six pack, TKO600 5 speed, 3.73 Dana 60.
Sinnamon:  1969 Charger R/T - T5 440, 727, 3.23 8 3/4 high school sweetheart.

who ever made the list must have CRANIAL RECTITIS -----------Urban Dictionary: cranial rectitis

Agree with some on the list, disagree with others. "Beautiful" is subjective.

That list is partially right in the fact that there are some "nice" cars on there, but to say they're the top ten nicest? Not a chance.

The only ones mentioned that I "might" include in a top ten list would be the E-Type Jag, the Aston Martin DB5, the Ford GT40 & the Challenger R/T.

The ones that shouldn't even be mentioned are the Lambo Miura, the Porsche, & the Ferrari 275. Those three just don't have the lines to them to say they look great. Same goes for the Vette, which is my favorite year for it but just not in any top ten.

As a kid I thought the gull wing Mercedes was really cool, but over the years there were many other cars that were so much better looking. The Ferrari 250 GT convertible doesn't have the lines to it, it needs to be the fastback style. The Turbo Carrera with the flared fenders is a lot nicer than the one on the list, but I'm not sure if it's a top ten, maybe a top 25.

A few that should be there for me are.....

1955 Chevy Belair
1969 Dodge Charger
1971 Plymouth Cuda

Hey now, Don't knock old Mary. She may be tired but she'll give you a quicky or an all nighter. She can be sloppy loose or tighter than a mouses ear, and best of all she doesn't get jealous if you go see Five Finger Jane.  :smilielol:

Ive never really understood why the E-type always makes these lists. To me (and me only), its an ok looking car. The body lines are weird. I'd have put a Daytona Coupe ahead of it.

Well, I've had the matchbox car since the mid 60's so I may be a bit biased.

Yes, Daytona Coupe over the E Type but I can see the E Type making a list based on styling.  Without question the 2nd gen Charger should be on there.  I also have to agree that the woman who wrote that has terrible taste in Ferrari's.

There is an art to it.  Fourth generation Corvettes have the same problem.
