Whats the proper way to dry these suckers?  Or should you dry them?

Stupid question maybe, but stem up or down or no difference?

Doesn't matter.   String them up a inch apart in a dry location.  Takes a couple weeks.

Yum.  Jalapenos are good.  Have you stepped it up to habeneros? I assume you are drying them to crush and make flakes out of them. I've got some nice stuff at work made from an assortment of peppers I grew. Most people can't handle it.....lol.

The Ghost Chillies are on top if you like HOT peppers. Hottest pepper in the world.
