Turn signals

This is my first post here and i hope it isnt to nubish of a question.I bought a 73 charger se(traded for it actually) and the wiring was a disaster.I had it all fixed and was starting to prep the floor for new pans.For some reason,i took the passenger side plug and threw it over to the drivers side of car.
Fast foreward 1 hour.
I was gonna wrap things up when i saw a unconnected wire,and a place it could plug into.I plugged the wires in,and nothing happened.no spark,no fizzle,no new stereo system?(lol)i realized immediately it was that damn buzzer i plugged into something else and now i have no turn signals
So,ive checked everything i can think of,i replaced the flasher(which was bad anyways),i checked the fuse(its getting good power)ive unplugged the plug going into the column and plugged it back in several hundred times.my hazzard lights do work.
Does anyone have a clue what i could have blown or where to look next,i am just baffled here.

Also,can someone tell me if this is the correct cluster for this car.(picture included)

That doesn't look like the right cluster to me but I'm sure no expert.

As to the wiring, do you have a wiring diagram for the car?  Indispensable my friend.  (which means I have no idea)

And yes i have a diagram,im just stumped ive checked everything except for the switch itself.

And you are reassmebling here, correct?  That is to say, you don't know that the signals were working okay before you started to put the dash together?

Yes,they were working till i accidentally plugged something in wrong then nothing.This may turn good however,i think ive talked my wife into buying a new harness for the whole car,get rid of burned plugs ,ect.
