I wonder if she continually told him to "get a life" for those two years?

The 'Good' Side of me wants to believe her story, but the reality side of me says Lonely my ass, she wanted those checks. I mean, what better way to not feel alone when a new lease comes at the first of every month.

If the body was really found still propped up in the chair all that time, it would be easier to believe her claimed motivation than if it was put away somehow.

I doubt she even sat with him.  The old dude was stuffed in the basement waiting for his next check.  What about the son who had not seen or heard from his dad in over two years.  It said he got susspicouse, ya think :slap:  She would have cashed those checks until she died.  Then they wouldnt have been found until a couple of months of checks were left in the mail box and the mail man started to wonder.  Her but should be in jail!

This happening more and more often I mean, it's not "Actually" considered "Fraud" yet, but look at how easy it is to get one of those Handicapped parking thingies today. I see people getting those things for some kind of eyesight problem, then parking their SUV they can barely see out of with good eyes, in the "Good" spots.

Meanwhile, I got a wife that can't move literally some mornings working 70 Plus hours/week with two blown out knees, and four f*cked up discs in her back...No handicapped thingy for us.

The more the economy goes in the sh!tter, the more people find a way to be even more trifling than ever.

Err, unless they've changed it, if your spouse dies you get their social security checks for a certain amount of time...
