Carter rebuild kit suggestions

So this will be my first auto carb rebuld. I have the proper 4640sa carter on my 69 RT (AC) with a 70 block.  I have been trying to find a rebuild kit for it and learn about what should be replaced to effectively get back to new specs.  Site searches seem to indicate several different things such as they don't make them any more, you just use an Eddy rebuild kit, they don't have anything in them except gaskets. I seem to recall posts saying that kits no longer come with new metering rods any more..

Anyone have a suggestion on which kit I should be going with or even what parts I want to make sure the kit has?

I have found a TOMCO rebuild kit online and can also get several other ones from the local auto parts places. But really would like to get all this stuff ahead of time. The TOMCO kit has the following. I think it's an older kit as I can't seem to find this one on their webpage.

 :2thumbs:

$40 is inexpensive enough to boot.

Maybe I am just a noob with all of this but do you just hope these kits have this stuff or what? I found lots of kits online but lots (like above) don't talk about what the heck is even in them??  Guess I could call them  :slap: but that still leaves me wondering what the heck I really need.  :P

Yes, :2thumbs: All though without the Charger sorry to say. I guess I am still on the honeymoon with it. Starts up every time and runs great but when I took her out in the heat Sat/Sun I found that stop and go and the temp was up to 230 pretty quick. At that point "idle" was staying up above 2k.  :shruggy:  I set the idle jets at the beginning of the year. Don't recall seeing this until it got hot.
