Need y'alls help with Something on Facebook

As those of you with Facebook might know, there once was a pretty popular fan page for the 68 Dodge Charger.  It used to be run by some kid (Chris?) and featured almost exclusively pics and links about '68 Chargers (kind of the point of a fan page, no?), It had about 35,000 followers about a month ago.

At some point a few months back, Chris handed the page over to some guy, presumably to keep it going.   This guy already had another Mopar fan page called 'The Dodge Man' and used it to post news, mostly about the new Dart and Ram pickups and other stuff I frankly could give a crap about.

Well, instead of keeping the flame alight, he instantly turned the 68 Charger page into a clone of his other page, started smearing links to all kinds of crap on there, and to add insult to injury he turned the page banner into a picture of a 69!!!! of all things.  Idiot.   So now, no more pics of 68's.   Basically he pulled a huge dick move and hijacked the '68 Charger page just to double his audience and force them all to look at pictures of Chrysler 300's or whatever.   You have to scroll down 50 entries to see anything remotely '68 related.   This pissed me off.   I asked him to cut it out but it's obvious he just wants more readers and doesn't care about jacking the page all up.

Anyway, I figured I could bitch about it, or do something.  So started another page, and hope to reclaim the original fanbase because personally, I liked logging in and seeing random pics of '68's and I hope to bring that back

So here's what I need from anyone willing to help: If you're on Facebook and you have a '68 or pics of a '68 that you have permission to share, can you go upload them to the page to get me started?   If you're NOT on Facebook and you're cool with me smearing a random picture of your ride up there (with credit of course) then can you post it in this thread or email them to me at bigbroiswatching@hotmail.com?

yea it sucks,chris is,,,a little slow shall we say,but he is not stupid,his dad has a 68 charger & thats why he made the page,he loves 68 chargers,he is a very nice young man that cant drive a car,but he loved his page that he made,he is real bummed out about this whole thing

How did I miss this topic?   And it looks like there's another '68 page with a bunch of likes but not many updates.   Oh well if I don't get much push I'll just turn the page into a documentary of my resto progress

All the pics I have were taken from the net years ago so I don't think there'll be any copyright issues.  That said you could always put a disclaimer on the facebook page stating that if someone recognizes their car on the page and want it gone you will remove it asap.  That'd be fair I think.

I have no idea how many pics I got of just 68's.  I know I have some really nice ones and I'm sure I got some crappy ones but I'll dump them all in a zip file and will let you know the size before I send them.  Sound good?

In my opinion, a Facebook page is a giant junk drawer of photos.   Once the page gets going, It's hard to find something you might have seen a month or so ago.   I find FB good for matters of the moment, but that is about all.

DC.com doesn't have a gallery option where I can scroll through them all at once, nor does it have a feed that shows me updates automatically.  I'm lazy.   Plus being new to this hobby there are a zillion I haven't seen
