i remember seeing an antique radio thread soooooo......  anyone here into antique cast iron stoves??
my wife recieved one as a bonus from a client, along with an appriasal of $3000.00 about 6 years ago (no date on the appriasal)
i can't find anyhting like it on ebag or searching for cast iron stoves, any suggestions??
i will have to post a pic later, thanks

I have two - i'll find pics of them at some point...  one was made in 1938 and the other one was dated 1884   :shruggy:

what's weird is this one has no date or manufacturere name on it at all, i searched through 300+ stoves on ebag and haven't found one like it yet, they seem to range from 300 to 8K so i'm trying to find a way to break it to the wife gently that its "just taking up space"..............

That's a pretty ornate stove.  Is that Dutch porcelain work you have there?

they are porcelain tiles that have a screw through the middle of each and every one of them to keep it attached to the stove
