Where can I find the plastic inserts that go on the steering bracket?  What are they called?

I bet R/T specialties would have them if you can get hold of them , they can be difficult to contact .
Best place I can suggest is Dave @ Roseville motors in Detroit , he is the parts manager there , Paul is good there as well .

Steering column spacers - part # 4600185 at your local Chrysler/Dodge dealer.
