I am installing new greasable lower control arm pins but the shop pressing in the new bushings said not to use them? He warned about the possibility of breaking with the use of larger torsion bars. Any truth to this? Anyone ever have any problems running greasable lower conrtol arm shafts?  Thanks

Never herd of them why would you need them in the first place. I have had nolathane lower bushes in for years with only the slightest of squeak every now and then going over our very rough dirt drive way with plenty of large holes.

With these if you ever get a squeak then you can just grease them up. Makes the bushings last longer as well.

I run the greasable LCA pivots from firm feel, they work great and no squeaking from my poly lower bushings. can't speak to the large dia torsion bars though, I just run the mp 0.96"

B-dank. I trust they arrived at this level of experience because the shop owner has broken so many mopar lower control arm pins that were not drilled for greasing so they have some empirical data to demonstrated drilled versions are weaker? Even if it was an issue, the outer levels of the pin are taking a much greater beating in regards to twisint motion than the inner diamter would ever see.
