I just got a email today from him .For a while I assumed not hearing back the car was no longer available.As its been a while since we discussed this same car some years ago.But here is what I recieved.As to the prior owner had legal trouble

I just got a letter from the lawyer today, and they will let me buy the Daytona
Charger back again.




The Daytona is in excellent condition as previously stated. If you are
interested in buying the car please come forward soon, or the car will end up on
Ebay.

I have noticed that similar cars are selling for 110K and upwards, and my
expectations are similar. Shipping + insurance to the US will most likely cost
USD3000.

I expect meet with the lawyer this coming week to discuss the details.
