What kind of package tray is this?

I'm a little baffled on this as its totally not what I was ordering   Its not a package tray.  I got my interior I ordered from Legendary today and this is what came in for a Superbird rear package tray.  They get it from REM. The Legendary's custom seat and door panels were great. I called the customer service and they asked me to send pics.  Unless somebody can tell me what it is,  I'd think there is some kind of screw up from the vender labeling mix up.  Anyone recognize it?

Dohhh    I didn't put the TM as Trunk Mat  .  Would be the first trunk matt I seen made out of something like seat vinyl though.
