I have no idea where to put this question so mods, please move as needed. Is there supposed to be a gasket between the throttle mechanism and the firewall? I put a call in to Loretta Fillmore at Detroit Muscle Technologies and she didn't know so she's going to have her hubby call me back. I've been pumping the net for into on it for the past 30 minutes with no luck. Until DMT calls (if and when), anyone here know?

Hmmm. That doesn't look at all like I would imagine it looking. I'd think it would look more like a wiper pivot gasket.
