Looks like a Vette scoop with a 70 Plymouth B-body portion grafted to the back.  Interesting.

Looks like the 427 Vette stinger hood scoop.They could have used the 69-70 mach 1 hood scoop similar and bolts on.And added feature would be is 70 GTX type turn signal indicators facing you
