not sure how i feel about it. 5.7? the dash and engine take away the personality of the car. otherwise, i like it

I was going to say, I was looking at the hood where the Duck would hve been mounted to it at an didn't see any holes of mounting.

Not a fan of the movie but that's an interesting tribute / custom.  :Twocents:

Probably sell for more if they didn't mention that movie at all  :yesnod:

Would also help if the seller mentioned it was a R/T S.E.

I wonder where the roll cage came from?  Can you get those where they bolt together for easier removal?

How true... :popcrn:

Pretty cool car.  I would love to drive one with a setup like that.  Reasonably priced really.  Although, I would rather have the original interior and engine too.  Not sure I would have done all that to an original R/T SE with no rust and all original panels, but hey it's his car(for now).

I actually like those seats a lot.. but, it says "2008 Viper Seats".. Can anyone confirm this??? I didn't realize Viper seats have the slots for harness straps...

EDIT --- After a quick EBay search , I found a pair just like it... Never knew they looked like that..

Anyways, I dig the car...

Nice ride. He's got the same make of shifter I do. I'm surprised I haven't seen it, Northridge is only 15 minutes away.

I like the exterior look of the car. :coolgleamA:

The engine could stay.

The entire interior, the fuel cell and the roll gauge would go straight

into the nearest dumpster if I owned it. :slap:

P.S.

That "Deathproof" movie just plain sucked  :eek2:

don't care for the interior but it's got going what i want to do for my next car, mechanically wise. thought 5.7's could get better mileage than 14/16 though? i guess it depends on the driving. i remember reading autodynamics car getting somewhere around 21 and he's got a 6.1? same thing with the guy that did the 68 graft.

My R/T SE is from the St Louis plant, and neither of the two buildsheets had any extra writing on them.

Cool ride for sure.  Sorry... I got some mental bagage with the, if I am seeing it right, as a nice optioned white RTSE w/ black accents :rotz: cut up into apparently a bad movie clone car....so the movie is bad/girl hot....

(start w/ 318/383G cars please, I need just one more RTSE :icon_smile_big:)  I would not mind owning it and hammering a while (& carve it back into a fairly rare RTSE, just saying....)
