69 charger hood indentions

Did all 69 chargers come from the factory with the black out strips in the hood indentions or just certain models?  You don't see them on alot of cars.??

You probably don't see them on *repainted* cars because people don't know they're supposed to be there.

I put them back on mine.  Gives the hood a little bit of depth look to it.  I like it.
