Hey has any one found any easy ways of putting on the new window felts or catwiskers on the rear upper interior pads ?
the original were held on by heavy duty staples . looks like special machine installed at the factory .
I was wondering what people do to put thease on because i am not shure that screws are right way to go i think that screws will cause
two problems 1. window may be scratched when going up and down . 2. the screws will interfear with the pannel sitting on the sill because of the screw protrudes underneath and pad wont sit flush on the body .
Any thoughts about this out there ? thank you . :shruggy:

Lots of guys use small sheet metal screws to put them on and don't have any problems. If your glass is pushing that tightly against the inner fuzzy weatherstrip, you need to adjust it out. I drilled about 10 1/8" holes in mine and installed them with pop rivets and it worked great.
