Didn't see it.  But, word is he had way to many adult beverages to be in that car.  ;)

Oh, hadn't heard that. I had read somewhere a while ago that he was using a cone on pit road he set up for a braking point and someone took the cone out of the equation... :shruggy: Ahh, a conspiracy! As if going down pit road wasn't enough incentive to ease off the throttle...

I used to call on Palmer as a very green sales rep.  A couple of the other CPD dealers tried to con me into asking about the accident.  (of course in such a way that I would get me thrown out).  Anyway, they were all adamant that it was not heresay.  But, local rumers can be worst.  Glad no one was hurt so that we could all get a good laugh today.
