Holley carb brass filters.

[Just 6T9 CHGR]

Does anyone run these filters that are in the fittings in the carb?

I took these out thinking they were restrictive.    I am only using the vapor seperator as a filter.......Is this OK or should I put the filters back in?


Oh yeah....been like this for 4+ years now  (great time to ask huh?)

I chuck them , I figure they are restrictive , maybe not though

  I allways pull them out. The fuel filter/vapor seperator will catch any bad stuff before it hits the carb.
