Trying to remove rust from under the seat brackets and need help trying to figure out how to get to the rust?

I have to brackets on the passenger side of the car that have rust in the channels under the plate. The plate is welded to the floor pan to reinforce the floorpan and it runs accross to chanels in the floor pan, that have rust in them, I was able to grind away the rust in the rest of the channels, just trying to figure out how to get to the rest of the rust.
Thinking about trying to spray rust encapsulator down the channels and forget about it, but I know that is not the right way to go.

You could try some naval jelly then spray paint to keep from rusting further.   :popcrn:

I know this sounds crazy and maybe it is, but it worked of for me. I bought a couple shotgun cleaning brushes and rigged them up to fit on an extension for my power drill then when to town! The thin rods that came with them in the kit we flexible ebough to get into some tighter spots that required a little flexibility.  :scratchchin: Might work for you.......  :shruggy:
