440 Main Bearings?

Don't know which bearings to get. I have a 74 440 block and a 67 steel crank. Can anyone help? Full groove(narrow),full groove(wide), half groove.

this debate has gone on for years , full groove feeds oil to the bottom of the brg which I prefer but reduces the surface area , conversly the 1/2 groove increases surface area & but limits the oil fed to the pressure side of the brg
As I said I use full groove .
I would use a narrow full groove over a wide one
