I have some repro lines from Fine Lines going into my 69 440/727.  This is a complete resto so I do not recall where the lines run.  Looks like they will need to go between the motor and PS gear above the K-member.  I have the radiator in already, but from the looks of it I think I need to remove this to get the lines in.  Can anyone give any tips or pics? I have searched and searched and cannot find anything.  Always appreciated.

exists the trans , runs along the engine oil pan, above the steering linkage ,  between the pan and engine mount, above the K-menber and connects to  the radiator

piece of cake to install even if the radiator is in the car

I put the car up on a lift ( jack stands will work as well) and snake them in from the back side

Don't forget the standoff bracket that mounts to the bottom starter bolt...without it the lines can rub the bellhousing and eventually wear a hole in the line.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Thanks guys! The description and pics helped alot.  I got the lines in without too much trouble.  Looks worse than it is...

For anyone else, I used the Fine Lines Stainless set and they fit pretty good.   The drivers side line was a little off, but a little elbow grease made it fit just fine.

Thanks again!
