take out measurements on what you need for the pipes and you can order the mandrel bent corners and have an exhaust shop fab up the rest. Then its just cut, fit and weld the pipes at an exhaust shop. And you can do it inexpensively. I have a full 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust on my lebaron and thats how I had to do it.

How about checking at a semi truck shop. There might be a style of exhaust that you can cut a section out of.They might even have the equipment to bend a pce.

There is a place in Iowa called Auto-Jet that does all our exhaust systems for the school buses and they do custom jobs to your order. All our exhaust systems are 4".

Did you scroll down?

All lengths are under $300, but it can't hurt to ask if you can get them unfinished, may save on the price even more.
