There is a ground strap that is connected to the steering column. Was wondering where the correct location is to connect the other end?

goes on one of the studs (right of the column) that protrudes down from the dash frame...     should be the column bracket, then a concave washer, nut, ground strap, then another nut...    thats how it was on mine.
