yes.

just different between slant six, small block, and big block.      The brackets are different - I believe the rubber mounts themselves are the same for the SB & BB

Next  question.... are the brackets that bolt on the block suppose to be the same? In other words could you bolt either one on either side or is there a specific one for each side?

no , the left side one behind the oil pump has a tube welded into it & uses a 4.25 " bolt in the lower hole
