seat springs and wires?

Can someone tell me where I can find replacement springs and the little wires that are in the seats? I started looking at my seats a little closer, and realized that some of the springs are broken due to rust.
Also, when you are restoring your seats, does everyone use the burlap?

Thanks Bob, I may need those too, but the ones I really need are the seat suspension springs. Where the foam rides.
