Looking over a friend's site and he had posted these pictures of an '87 Mustang Cobra! The guy was ok after this and damned lucky I think. Anyone else with before and after pictures?

And the guy likely bought another one for 500 bucks and swapped over his nitrous kit and all was well in his world again.  Those things are like automotive vermin.  They should have called it the Ford Gopher or the Ford Rodent (oops that's Chevy) or the Ford Prairie Dog or something.

Was a nice Mustang...but not a Cobra.  I believe the last Mustang Cobra was 1980 and then 1993 it started back up again.

I remember a kid in my highschool, a while ago that is, was cool for the nice black SVO? his dad bought him,  'til he rolled it a bunch of times.  Reminds me of that.

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

You are right this isn't the cobra I was thinking about. I'm not sure when the last Cobra was buillt before the started coming out with them again. There's an East Indian driving one around town in Quesnel that I remember having to change the tire on in the middle of the night (long story if anyone cares to hear it).

UPDATE:
From what I've researched I've seen mustang cobras up to 1987.

Where did you find that?  I'm not a Mustang fan or expert, but I don't think they made them after '80.

In Canada they were badged as Mustang Cobras. In the U.S. though they were called GT's or something. So a Canadian '87 Cobra would be a '87 Mustang GT in the U.S.

If that was a charger you could have driven it home.

I owned a Ford Mustang once. I got tired of walking.

High school grad lost control of his parents Mustang a month ago into a tree buy my house and killed himself, his three occupents and the tree. This time the FORD wasn't the only thing found on the road dead.

Friends don't let friends drive FORDs built after 1974.

welll I'm a lot more worried about what DCX is doing with our car than what are doing or happening with the rest of brands.
