Bought the pad through Dantes about 6 months ago and finally got to the point I could mount it on the frame. I installed the pad and left it on the carpet but against the wall, picked it up tonight to move the thing and 2 small pieces stuck to the wall and 1 piece about 1 1/2" long by 3/4" stuck also.
While I am REALLY ticked and I just sent a polite email to Dantes, was wondering since I bought it in Feb. 2011, should I expect them to fix the problem or am I going to be out $600 more or can they be repaired?

Would like to know some options, before I talk to them on Monday.

I can't picture this.  Do you have photo's of what happened?

hmmm...  almost as if the wall left a dent in it?  Or is that wall paint on it?

I guess I'd see what they have to say.
I know these dashes aren't the lightest things.

Odd that it would stick to the wall though.
